Sciences humaines, profil Individus et interactions sociales, est un programme préuniversitaire de deux ans (quatre sessions) offert au Collège Montmorency, avec admission aux sessions d'automne et d'hiver. Ce profil aborde le développement individuel et social de l'être humain, l'éducation, l'intervention psychosociale et la santé mentale, les rapports entre l'humain et l'environnement, ainsi que les facteurs qui orientent les manières d'être, d'agir et de percevoir des individus au sein de la société. La formation comprend un stage crédité en quatrième session, réalisé soit à l'international à la suite d'une recherche thématique, soit localement dans un milieu professionnel lié aux intérêts de l'étudiante ou de l'étudiant, ainsi qu'un voyage d'études en histoire de trois semaines consacré au patrimoine culturel et architectural. Ce profil permet en outre de suivre les préalables universitaires de biologie humaine et de statistiques appliquées en sciences humaines. Il peut être combiné à un second DEC pour former un double DEC. Ce programme convient aux personnes curieuses, dotées d'un esprit d'analyse et intéressées par la compréhension de l'être humain, en vue de poursuivre des études universitaires en psychologie, en sciences sociales, en éducation ou dans des domaines connexes.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Prerequisites (Collège Montmorency's own program page): a Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) and Mathematics CST 4th secondary. Admission runs in both Fall and Winter, and the program is usually open through SRAM's 2nd round; it is a 2-year, 4-session program at about 43 hours a week of courses, labs, practical work and study. No minimum grade or GPA is stated. Applicants without Canadian status apply to this program through SRAM as international candidates; Collège Montmorency's own admission pages set a minimum B2 level in both written and spoken French for international applicants, met through Bright (minimum 3.7 in every section) or DELF/DALF (an overall score of at least 67 with a minimum of 16.75 in each of the four components).

Application Deadline:Domestic applicants apply through the Service régional d'admission du Montréal métropolitain (SRAM): for Fall 2027 entry the deadline is 1 March 2027, with the online system opening mid-January 2027 and further rounds running into May while places remain; Winter 2027 entry is already open, with a deadline of 1 November 2026 (not all programmes admit for Winter). International applicants follow a separate SRAM timeline: applications for Fall 2027 opened 15 March 2026 and close 14 March 2027, while Winter 2028 applications open 1 June 2026 and close 31 May 2027. Admission is not open-ended rolling, but SRAM runs successive rounds for as long as places remain. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
