Coursework emphasizes communicating with diverse audiences and builds skills for supporting small and medium enterprises, managing risk and marketing financial services.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature-student status at 19 years of age or older. Mature applicants may satisfy the English requirement by successfully completing equivalency testing in English or by completing Conestoga's Preparatory Communications (COMM1545). Applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must demonstrate English language proficiency; the programme page names no score of its own, so Conestoga's published diploma-level minimum applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with no skill below 20, PTE Academic 53, or Duolingo 110. Canadian citizens and permanent residents with credentials from outside Canada require a course-by-course credential evaluation from an approved provider, and credit transfer is available for applicants with relevant prior post-secondary study.
