Overview
The Business Administration - Management (BAM) program is designed for students whose career goals include business management, self-employment or entrepreneurial ventures. The variety of courses in this program will provide students with a big-picture understanding of all major areas of business (finance and accounting, marketing and sales, human resource management and supply chain and operations), competitive skills and forward thinking for today's evolving workforce. This program helps students develop their skills as a management generalist, offering maximum flexibility in their career choices. Students gain an understanding of the theory and skills needed for the practical applications of modern management techniques used in a variety of corporate, government and non-profit entities, as well as in small business ventures.

Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature-student status at 19 years of age or older. Required subjects are Grade 12 compulsory English at a C (minimum 60%) or U (minimum 50%) level, or Conestoga's Preparatory Communications (COMM1251), and Grade 12 Mathematics at a C (minimum 60%) or U (minimum 50%) level, or Conestoga's Preparatory Mathematics (MATH1375) at a minimum of 60%. Academic strength is calculated by averaging marks in the required subjects, and the minimum average considered is 65%. Applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must demonstrate English language proficiency; the programme page names no score of its own, so Conestoga's published diploma-level minimum applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with no skill below 20, PTE Academic 53, or Duolingo 110.

Application Deadline:Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca (college code CONS): for the Fall 2027 intake the online application opens 26 September 2026, the equal consideration date is 1 February 2027, offers may be issued from 1 November 2026, and accepted offers must be confirmed by 1 May 2027; most oversubscribed programs stop accepting applications after 1 February 2027, though many programs remain open afterward. Conestoga does not publish a separate equal-consideration date for its January intake. International applicants apply directly to Conestoga and are assessed on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis until each program fills; no fixed international closing date is published.
