This graduate certificate in international project management, offered by École de Technologie Supérieure, prepares engineers and professionals to plan, lead and control projects carried out across international and multicultural contexts. The 15-credit programme combines five courses with two mandatory workshops covering the technical, financial, human and cultural dimensions of managing projects abroad, including risk, procurement and stakeholder coordination in cross-border settings. Courses are offered part-time, during the day, in the evening and in some intensive formats, over an average of seven sessions. Students who meet the required academic standing can apply completed courses toward ÉTS's Master's in Engineering with an international projects concentration or the corresponding graduate diploma (DESS), providing a pathway to further specialization. The programme targets holders of an engineering or applied science degree, or equivalent professional experience, who want to strengthen their ability to manage complex projects spanning multiple countries, teams and regulatory environments.
