Requirements

Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, degree, or equivalent; applicants without one of these credentials but with a relevant combination of education and experience may be considered individually, and familiarity with digital platforms and basic marketing concepts is an asset. The programme page states no English-proficiency test score; Fleming College's institution-wide tier for graduate-certificate programs applies: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0), TOEFL iBT 88, Duolingo 120, or PTE Academic 56. International applicants submit an equivalent post-secondary credential, certified with notarized English translations where needed, per Fleming's general admission requirements. This two-semester Ontario College Graduate Certificate is delivered in person at Sutherland Campus, with the next intake in January.

International applicants apply via the OCAS International Application Service to the September, January or May intake and face no fixed deadline; Fleming instead recommends applying between six weeks and five months before the intended start depending on home country, and processes files on a rolling basis with offers typically issued within 5-10 business days.
