Admission Requirements: Entry requires completion of a three- or four-year Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or a two- or three-year diploma in a human-services discipline; a background or major in psychology is strongly recommended for success in the program. Applicants with international transcripts who do not provide English-proficiency test results must test at the college level in the George Brown Polytechnic English assessment; no specific IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent score is published on the programme page itself. Before placement, students must complete pre-placement health documentation covering Tdap, MMR, Varicella and Hepatitis B immunization and TB testing, and must hold a clear Vulnerable Sector Check renewed annually; Public Health also recommends COVID-19 vaccination.
