PGCert in Residential Construction Management

Admission Requirements: This Ontario College Graduate Certificate requires a two-year diploma or three-year advanced diploma in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology or Building Renovation Technology, or an equivalent judged on knowledge of wood-frame construction, Canadian construction industry standards and codes, and Canadian estimating and bidding practices; the programme also states a minimum program GPA of 2.7, a department interview with a resume required, and notes that space is limited. Applicants with international transcripts who cannot provide an English proficiency test result must test at the college level in the George Brown Polytechnic English assessment; the programme page defers its scores to George Brown's institution-wide policy for postgraduate programmes, IELTS Academic 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 per band) or TOEFL iBT 88 overall (minimum 22 per band). The single intake is in May.
