Program details
Overview
A 48-credit-hour graduate program that prepares Christian leaders for church, lay-ministry, and other workplace roles by combining graduate-level leadership training with biblical and theological study and specialized ministry practicums. The curriculum is built around four components: leadership training, biblical and theological literacy, practical ministry and specialized studies, and spiritual formation. The program is offered full-time or part-time and can be completed fully synchronously or fully asynchronously, with course delivery available on-site, by livestream, video-on-demand, online video, or directed study, giving students flexibility in how they complete their studies. It suits graduates seeking advanced preparation for pastoral, lay-leadership, or ministry-adjacent workplace roles who want to combine academic study with practical, supervised ministry experience. The program's flexible delivery formats allow students to complete coursework while continuing to work or serve in ministry settings.
