Religious Studies (MA)

McMaster University's Master of Arts in Religious Studies is offered through the Department of Religious Studies, which has a long history of graduate programs examining religion and human religious experience across both past and present, and Eastern and Western traditions. The program draws on philosophical, philological, literary, historical, and social-scientific methodologies to study religious texts, practices, and communities.
