Ce programme d'un an permet d'acquérir les connaissances de base pour travailler dans le monde des affaires : initiation à la gestion, au marketing, à la comptabilité et à la finance, avec développement des compétences en communication et en informatique. Offert entièrement en ligne, il permet d'accéder aux cours de n'importe où, au moment qui convient. Les personnes diplômées peuvent ensuite poursuivre vers un diplôme d'études collégiales en Techniques en administration des affaires ou un diplôme avancé en Administration des affaires, avec spécialisation possible en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou marketing.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Domestic entry requires the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, the Quebec DES, or the New Brunswick DES (or La Cité's mature-applicant test for candidates 19 or over without a diploma), plus a named mathematics course: Ontario asks for MBF3C, MAP4C, MCR3U or MCF3M; Quebec for CST 63404, TS 064406, SN 065406 or Mathématique 416; New Brunswick for 30321A. Candidates resident in Yukon or the Northwest Territories must instead have completed a Grade 11 foundational-mathematics or personal/general-finance course. A candidate who does not meet the mathematics requirement can still be admitted by passing the numeracy test on the Compétences pour réussir platform. The page sets no French or English test score; La Cité's institution-wide language-test page sets a minimum of 375 points (written comprehension) on the TCF or 352 points on the TEF for applicants who must demonstrate French competency by test.
