Environmental Sciences (Conservation and Reclamation Major) is a two-year, on-campus diploma at Lakeland College's Vermilion campus. The program provides hands-on field experience in environmental conservation through field labs and site visits to forested and reclaimed lands, teaching students to classify, manage, and conserve soils and to apply reclamation regulations, guidelines, and techniques. Admission requires a high school diploma with minimum grades in English, math, and biology or chemistry (or their grade-20 equivalents), plus proof of English language proficiency. Intakes begin in the fall term.
