Overview

In the Risk and Incident Reporting in Cybersecurity Micro-credential, you'll learn to conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and perform compliance reviews to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. Application Deadline: Domestic applicants apply through EducationPlannerBC: for the 2027 entry cycle, applications open 1 February 2026 for Spring (January) entry, 1 June 2026 for Summer (May) entry and 1 October 2026 for Fall (September) entry, then stay open with no fixed closing date until each programme fills or classes begin. International applicants use the same EducationPlannerBC portal but face fixed closing dates: 30 September 2026 for Spring 2027, 31 January 2027 for Summer 2027 and 31 May 2027 for Fall 2027. A short list of limited-enrolment programmes - Nursing, Advanced Entry BSN, Nursing Practice in Canada, Applied Science for Engineering and the Post-Degree Diploma in Data Analytics - set their own, earlier deadlines that apply to both applicant types. Admission is otherwise rolling. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
