Langara College offers Advanced Accounting in Canada Diploma, a diploma in Accounting programme in Vancouver, Canada. The programme runs for 2 years, delivered on campus. Teaching is in English. Tuition for international students is CAD 22,627 per total.
This diploma is designed specifically for international students working toward a career in Canadian accounting, pairing core financial and management accounting with taxation, auditing, finance, strategy, business law, economics, statistics, communications, and information technology courses. Classes run full-time on weekday evenings, with the standard track spread across two years and six semesters at three to five courses each, while a compressed May 2027 cohort finishes in 20 months across five semesters at a heavier four-to-six-course load. Graduates meet the coursework prerequisites for the Chartered Professional Accountants Professional Education Program, and those who already hold a four-year bachelor's degree may be eligible for CPA PEP on completion, subject to the association's other entry requirements; Langara notes the program's courses will continue to be recognized by CPA through the end of 2028. Domestic students pursue accounting through Langara's other continuing studies or credit programs instead.
