The page states no language-test scores, so Loyalist's institution-wide diploma requirement applies to international applicants: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band below 6.0, TOEFL 550 paper-based or 80 iBT (no section below 20), CAEL 60 overall/60 writing, Duolingo 105+ (no band below 90), Cambridge C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency, or Oxford ELLT 6. Before placement, students need Standard First Aid/CPR, up-to-date immunizations (tetanus-diphtheria-polio, MMR, varicella, Hepatitis B, TB skin test), and a clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check; placements can require travel of 80 km or more each way, arranged and funded by the student.
