PGCert in Beverage Business Management

Beverage Business Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate delivered by Niagara College's School of Wine, Beer and Spirits, entirely online with asynchronous course delivery. The programme builds graduates' knowledge across the alcoholic beverage industry, covering business operations, retail, export, marketing, and the legal and regulatory environment governing wine, beer and spirits. Drawing on more than 15 years of programme history, it prepares students for roles in management, sales, trade and hospitality within the beverage sector. Admission requires an Ontario College Diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree, plus proof of English proficiency; credentials from most private colleges are not accepted. As an online, asynchronous programme, it suits students balancing study with work or other commitments while gaining specialized business knowledge specific to the alcoholic beverage trade.
