Associate of Arts Degree

Admission Requirements: Okanagan College's Associate of Arts Degree admits under the college's standard route: B.C. secondary-school graduation or the equivalent, and English 12 at a minimum of 60 per cent or an approved alternative. Applicants scoring below 60 per cent may still enrol but face restricted course registration and must complete the English entrance requirement within their first year. Mature applicants (at least 19, out of full-time secondary school for a year or more) have the graduation requirement waived but must still satisfy the English standard before or shortly after admission. No IELTS, TOEFL or other standardised language-test score is published for this degree. Transfer credit from other recognised institutions is accepted toward the degree, and at least 50 per cent of the program, including a minimum of 18 credits at the 200 level or higher, must be completed through Okanagan College.
