BA/BS in Health Sciences

Health Sciences at Redeemer University is offered both as a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) and as a major or minor within the Bachelor of Science (BSc). The program takes an interdisciplinary approach to health, examining biological and psychological concepts alongside the environmental, social, and spiritual factors that influence wellness. Students build a scientific foundation through courses in biology, chemistry, and psychology, with hands-on laboratory work in areas such as pathology and human kinetics. Internship placements in health-related settings are available. Graduates pursue careers as healthcare administrators, researchers, and health educators, or pursue further study in nursing, global health, or biomedical sciences.
