Overview
This program leads to a Bachelor of Arts with an honours major, major, or minor in Biblical and Theological Studies at Redeemer University's Ancaster, Ontario campus. Coursework covers biblical interpretation of the Old and New Testaments, church history from the medieval to modern periods, Reformed theology, missional studies, and ethics, alongside the university's shared core curriculum. Senior students have the option to design a discipleship program for a specific audience as part of upper-level coursework, and an internship option provides more than 120 hours of field experience in ministry contexts. Classes are taught on campus in an in-person format. The program suits students preparing for roles such as pastor, missionary, ministry coordinator, or teacher, and it provides a foundation for graduate study such as an MDiv, MTS, or a master's in Christian leadership.
