Requirements
Admission Requirements: Entry to this graduate certificate normally requires an Ontario university or college degree, a college diploma, or the recognized equivalent. Applicants without that credential may instead qualify through an equivalent combination of partial postsecondary study and significant relevant work experience, supported by a resumé and references. Graduates of Seneca's own three-year Business Administration – Human Resources program, or an equivalent Ontario college program, are not eligible. Applicants whose credential was earned outside Canada must provide a WES or ICAS credential evaluation. For English proficiency, Seneca applies its institution-wide English-proficiency policy: applicants who cannot show at least three years of full-time secondary school, or two full-time years of college or university study, in a country where English is an official or the common language, must meet the score Seneca sets on its own English-requirements page, which this program page references but does not restate, per its institution-wide graduate-certificate policy. No minimum GPA, portfolio, or interview is stated.
