Overview

This eight-month graduate certificate can be completed full-time over two semesters or part-time at a slower pace, with all classes delivered virtually through asynchronous instruction. The programme develops creative-thinking, ideation and innovation-management skills that apply across industries, covering methods for generating and testing new ideas, building creative confidence, and translating concepts into workable ventures or workplace initiatives. It suits entrepreneurial thinkers planning to launch a new venture as well as professionals who want to bring innovation practices into an existing role. Coursework combines creative-process frameworks with applied projects, giving students practice turning ideas into proposals and plans. The flexible, asynchronous online format lets students study evenings and weekends alongside other commitments. Graduates leave with a portfolio of applied creativity and innovation work and the skills to lead ideation and innovation initiatives in a range of organisations.
