Overview
The Graduate Certificate in Transdisciplinary Studies I at the University of Calgary is designed for graduate students from a range of academic backgrounds who want to build knowledge and skills that extend across multiple domains. The program takes a holistic approach to addressing complex societal problems that do not fit within a single discipline. Students choose a specialization, with Social Research Methods currently open for admission and Social Innovation not accepting applications. Admission Requirements: Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale over the last two years of full-time study, and a four-year baccalaureate degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. Applicants whose primary language is not English must meet the English language proficiency criteria set out in the Academic Calendar.
