Strategic Project Management Graduate Certificate

This two-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate prepares diploma or degree holders for project management roles by developing leadership, strategic business management, and technical project management competence. The curriculum is aligned with the Project Management Institute's knowledge areas and talent triangle, building the three industry-recognized skill sets of technical project management, leadership, and strategic business management. Students learn to plan, execute and control projects across their life cycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and closure, while applying business strategy and people-leadership skills to project environments across a range of industries. The program is delivered on campus at St. Clair College's main Windsor campus with a single intake each September, and admission requires an Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, university degree, or equivalent.
