Nursing: Master's Degree (MN)

Admission Requirements: POST-BACCALAUREATE ENTRY: a completed bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.00 (B), equivalent to 73%, in the final two years or 60 credits of the program; candidates normally hold a completed baccalaureate degree in nursing or equivalent. You must also show successful completion of an undergraduate introductory statistics course at C+ minimum, or have the Dean's approval, and ENGL 1100 Composition at C+ minimum or equivalent, or the Dean's approval. REGISTRATION AND STATUS: verification from the regulatory body of the jurisdiction where you live that you are registered there as an active practising nurse, and Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid Canadian study permit naming TRU as your place of study — so an international applicant needs a study permit that names TRU. DOCUMENTS: two references, preferably one academic and one professional, requested through a link after you apply, and official copies of all post-secondary transcripts. ENGLISH, for applicants who studied in a country where English is not the official language: IELTS with an overall 7.0 and sub-scores of Speaking 7.0, Writing 7.0, Listening 7.5 and Reading 6.5; or TOEFL iBT 100 with no section below 20; or paper-based TOEFL 600 with a TWE of 5.0.
