Overview
The International Business Post-Baccalaureate Diploma will be of interest to students who have a non-business degree and want to return to university for one or two years to acquire a specialty in a functional area of business. Students with a first degree in business, but who want to change their area of focus, may complete a post-baccalaureate diploma as well. Complete coursework in financial and management accounting, statistics, marketing, international business, international trade finance, business ethics, international marketing, cross cultural management, global entrepreneurship, and more.

Admission Requirements: Admission requires a completed bachelor's degree, per Thompson Rivers University's Open Learning page for the International Business Post-Baccalaureate Diploma. Applicants are expected to have taken Foundations of Mathematics 12 or Pre-Calculus 12 (or the equivalent), and to hold at least six credits of university-level English; those without the math background may still apply but must complete equivalent courses as approved by a program advisor. Applicants who do not hold six or more university-level English or Communications credits from an English-language university in an English-speaking country must submit a current TOEFL, IELTS or other acceptable English placement-test result (valid within two years), or complete TRU's own English Placement Test on arrival; no minimum numeric score is published on this page.
