Overview

The Graduate Diploma in Health Services Management is a 24-credit postgraduate credential at Universite de Moncton's Moncton campus, completed in one year of full-time study or three years part-time, depending on course availability. The program increases the management competencies of professionals working in the health and social services sectors, developing a deeper understanding of major sector issues such as improving primary health services. The curriculum includes one mandatory course, Public Management (3 credits), plus 21 elective credits, of which at least 15 must come from the program's own course bank and up to 6 may come from other approved graduate courses. The diploma builds on the university's shorter Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management and provides access to the Master's program in Health Services Management for students who wish to continue their studies.
