This 45-credit master's program specializes in research-oriented education studies, offered through the Faculty of Education. Students choose one of three concentrations: Administration and Foundations of Education, Didactics, or Psychopedagogy/Andragogy. The degree is completed under faculty supervision and leads to a Master of Arts (M.A.). It is offered full-time, with a minimum of three trimesters, or part-time, over up to nine trimesters, with daytime courses at the Montreal campus. Admission requires a bachelor's degree, together with confirmation that a faculty member has agreed to supervise the student's research before the application is submitted. Applicants complete a motivation questionnaire as part of the file. Since instruction is in French, candidates who did not study in French must demonstrate C1-level proficiency through the TEF, TCF, or DALF tests, and good English reading comprehension is also expected. The program admits new students in the fall term.
