Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants may qualify through one of five bases. Quebec DEC holders need a diploma in Sciences of Nature, Sciences-Informatics-Mathematics, or Sciences-Letters-Arts, or any DEC meeting the required collegiate objectives and standards. The particular-stream base accepts one of 24 specified technical DECs. Applicants educated outside Quebec need a general or technological secondary credential in mathematics, chemistry, physics, or earth sciences, with equivalent knowledge to the required collegiate objectives, and may need preparatory training over two semesters. University-transfer applicants need at least 15 completed university credits with a cumulative average of at least 2.3 on a 4.3 scale. Applicants under the sufficient-preparation base need at least three months of full-time relevant engineering experience, attested in writing, along with a curriculum vitae and letter of motivation.
