Graduates are prepared to help implement, evaluate and manage workplace accident-prevention programmes, with paid internships, laboratory access and close faculty mentorship available. Admission follows a Quebec college diploma (DEC), a first-cycle university diploma with basic science knowledge, or a high-school diploma (DES) plus at least two years of experience in occupational health and safety or hazardous work environments; applicants from outside Quebec need thirteen years of pre-university education or twelve years plus one university year.
