This doctorate trains high-level researchers who advance psychoeducation as a discipline, combining research development, intervention practice and knowledge transfer to practice settings. The 90-credit program covers three main axes: foundational concepts in psychoeducation, processes related to adaptation difficulties, and the implementation and evaluation of interventions. It has an estimated full-time duration of four years, corresponding to eight full-time sessions, and leads to the Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) credential. Some courses may be offered at a distance, in hybrid or comodal format, though the program is primarily delivered on campus. Admission is offered in the fall and winter sessions.
