This is a 45-credit research-based Master of Science in psychoeducation at Universite Laval, completed over two years of full-time study. The program trains psychoeducators to assess adaptation difficulties and adaptive capacities in diverse client groups and to design, implement, and evaluate intervention plans. Coursework covers assessment, clinical management, and quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods, applied across settings such as schools, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, and community organizations. The program is primarily delivered on campus, with some courses offered at a distance, in hybrid, or comodal format. A thesis, supervised by a confirmed research director, is required for completion. Admission occurs only in the fall term. Graduates go on to doctoral studies or professional roles across a range of practice sectors.

A minimum average of 3.20 on a 4.33 scale is required. Non-francophone applicants must demonstrate French proficiency through a TCF tout public score of at least 400/699 or equivalent.
