This graduate diploma (DESS) trains managers to lead the digital transformation of organizations. The 30-credit programme, offered by Universite Laval's Faculty of Business Administration, develops competencies in e-commerce strategy, digital supply chain management and competitive positioning, combining management theory with applied skills in digital transformation and organizational change. Up to 15 credits of prior learning can be recognized toward the diploma. Students without a prior background in information technology may need to complete preparatory coursework. The programme is delivered in hybrid and distance formats, with some courses meeting in person monthly or every two weeks, and can be completed full-time in about one year or part-time. It targets professionals who need to integrate digital tools and practices into an organization's strategy and operations rather than technical IT specialists.
