MA/MS in Leadership

The Master of Arts in Leadership is a coursework-based graduate program for working professionals seeking to develop leadership capabilities applicable across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Instruction combines flexible online coursework with an in-person, on-campus conference component. Full-time completion takes 18 months; a part-time route extending to 36 months is also available. Admission requires a four-year undergraduate degree with a minimum A- average from the final two years of study, plus at least three years of relevant work experience; an alternate pathway admits applicants with a three-year degree or diploma and a B- average who have at least five years of progressive professional experience. Proof of English language proficiency is required if the applicant's undergraduate degree was not taught in English. The program admits students through a single Summer intake each year.
