The Master of Science in Management develops research and analytical skills for careers in consulting, project management, and organizational leadership. The program offers two fields of study: Management Research, a thesis-based field completed over 24 months, and Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship, a course-based field completed over 16 months. Both fields cover leadership development and organizational behaviour, delivered full-time and on campus with a single Fall intake each year. Admission requires a four-year honours bachelor's degree with a minimum overall average of 73% from the final two years of study and two academic or professional references. The Management Research field additionally requires a GMAT score of at least 550, or a GRE score at or above the 55th percentile; the Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship field does not require either test. Proof of English language proficiency is required for applicants whose first language is not English, unless their degree was completed in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand.
