The Master of Real Estate provides graduate training for the Canadian commercial real estate industry, covering real estate finance, market analysis, sustainable real estate practice, and asset management. The program culminates in a capstone project on a topic of the student's choosing. Instruction is delivered in a hybrid format, combining online coursework with weekly in-person, on-campus sessions. Full-time completion takes 12 months; a part-time route extending to 24 months is also available. Admission requires a four-year honours bachelor's degree with a minimum B- average from the final two years of study, one academic and one professional referee assessment, and a statement of intent in which relevant real estate work experience is an asset. Proof of English language proficiency is required for applicants whose first language is not English, unless their degree was completed in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand. The program admits students through a single Fall intake each year.
