Project Management Associate Certificate - Online

The Associate Certificate in Project Management builds on UNBC's three-course core cohort - project management fundamentals, project management leadership and communication, and schedule and cost control - by adding a minimum of two electives chosen from risk management, contract management principles and practices, quality for project managers, and agile project management. Delivered online through virtual live sessions in partnership with Global Knowledge, the training follows the Project Management Institute's PMBOK Guide and is taught by PMP-certified instructors who pair theory and best practice with hands-on exercises. The courses qualify for PMI professional development units and cover the topics examined in the PMP certification. Students register separately for each course and need a computer with a webcam to take part in the exercises and knowledge checks.
