Overview

The Certificate in French and Francophone Intercultural Studies (CFFIS) is a 10-course, 30-credit program offered through La Cite universitaire francophone at the University of Regina. It combines advanced French-language study with exploration of Francophone culture and intercultural themes. The required coursework includes three French-language courses at the 200 level (9 credits), two further French courses at the 300 or 400 level (6 credits), and two elective courses (6 credits), giving students some flexibility in their program of study.
