Overview

Management (HBA) is an honours undergraduate major at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), completed over four years. It is offered as a Major leading to the Honours Bachelor of Arts degree; a Specialist stream in the same subject area leads to a Bachelor of Business Administration. The curriculum covers the nature and operations of organizations and core managerial functions, combining intellectual frameworks from the social sciences with business coursework. Topics include data analytics, global organizational management, and decision analysis. The program includes an internship course in which students apply the management knowledge they have studied in a practical business setting. The program is administered through UTM's Department of Management under OUAC admission code TMG. Requirements

Admission Requirements: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with six 4U/M-level courses including English (ENG4U or EAE4U). Grade 12 co-op course components are not used for admission. Advanced Functions (MHF4U) is also required, and Calculus & Vectors (MCV4U) is recommended.
