Overview
The Palliative Care Pharmacy Micro-certificate explores the principles of palliative care and equips pharmacists to contribute unique expertise to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Admission Requirements: The Palliative Care Pharmacy Micro-certificate's program page states it is open to all pharmacists, with no prerequisites for domestic applicants. International applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate proficiency through a TOEFL score of 90 on the internet-based test (575 paper-based) with no section below 20, or an academic IELTS score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.0.
