The Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering (Nuclear Engineering) at the University of Waterloo is a coursework-based graduate program designed for working professionals in the nuclear industry. Applicants whose prior education was not in English must meet Waterloo's graduate English proficiency requirement, typically demonstrated with TOEFL iBT 4.5 overall (4.5 writing, 4 speaking, 4 reading, 4 listening) or IELTS Academic 6.5 overall (6.0 in writing and speaking).
