The Master of Science in Nursing (MScN), Course-Based stream at the University of Windsor is a graduate nursing degree offered in full-time and part-time formats. Full-time students complete the program in 18 months (5 semesters), while part-time students complete it in 3.5 years (10 semesters). The curriculum builds on undergraduate nursing education with advanced coursework grounded in physical assessment, research, and statistics. Admission requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, including coursework in physical assessment, research, and statistics, with a minimum 70 percent average maintained in the final two years of the undergraduate nursing program. Applicants must hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario with no practice restrictions. International applicants must meet College of Nurses of Ontario English language proficiency benchmarks through IELTS, OET, PTE Academic, or TOEFL iBT.
