The University Transfer Chemistry Certificate allows you to complete first-year chemistry at VCC and transfer directly into second-year degree programs at Simon Fraser University (SFU). For the assured pathways to SFU, the maximum time for completion is 16 months. For the competitive admission to SFU, the maximum time for completion is 3 years.

Admission Requirements: Admission requires Grade 12 graduation or equivalent, English 12 with a minimum 'C+' grade or equivalent, and Pre-Calculus 12 with a minimum 'B' grade or equivalent; no standardized English test score (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, CAEL) is published.
