Overview

The Post-MBA Diploma in Advanced Management (PDAM) is a program unique to North America that re-immerses MBA graduates into the second year of the Schulich MBA program, open to individuals who already hold an MBA degree from a recognized business school. It consists of Schulich MBA elective courses, allowing students to select electives strategically to either broaden their knowledge of a specific specialization or update their skills. Completion requires 15.00 credits of MBA Year 2 elective courses at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. It can be completed full-time in 4 months, with a maximum of three consecutive terms, or part-time in 8 to 12 months, with a maximum of six consecutive terms.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold an MBA degree equivalent to a North American MBA from a recognized university, based on a two-year full-time or part-time program equivalent to 60 credit hours covering all functional areas of business, along with two years of relevant full-time work experience after their undergraduate degree; a GMAT or GRE score is not required. Applicants submit video essays and an updated resume through the online application, and select applicants may be invited to a 30-minute virtual admissions interview.
