English proficiency requires a TOEFL iBT score of at least 83 (old 0-120 scale) or 4.5 (new 1-6 scale), or an IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0; applicants scoring 6.0 in every IELTS band instead qualify for conditional admission, taking up to three first-term courses including the required ENGL101 and needing a minimum C+ to continue. The application also requires official transcripts, a resume and statement of interest, a $150 application fee, and English test results where applicable.
