Overview

This one-year Master of Science, which can extend to one and a half years, targets graduates with computing or software development backgrounds. Coursework spans coding, system design, data storage, software architecture and web work, alongside professional communication skills for the computing industry. The aim is to prepare developers for advanced projects. The award is a Level 9 MSc worth 90 ECTS. Entry is open to honours computer science or computer engineering graduates, and to those with a 2.2 who have relevant experience. Graduates progress into software development roles on leading-edge projects.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: BSc (Honours) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering at 2.1, or 2.2 with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; other 2.1 honours degrees with relevant experience may be considered. IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no less than 6 in each component.
