This part-time online postgraduate certificate runs from January to October in three modules, starting with what key account management involves and the relationships at its centre. It suits experienced account managers, newcomers and those in commercial or not-for-profit roles. Participants study alongside a peer group from around the world, and places are arranged with a specialist partner. The award is a Level 9 Postgraduate Certificate worth 30 ECTS. Applicants need a second class honours (2.2) bachelor degree or an equivalent NQAI Level 8 qualification, and other applicants may be considered on experience. Graduates strengthen their key account management credentials.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Minimum second class honours bachelor degree (2.2 or higher) or NQAI Level 8 qualification, or equivalent. Other applicants are considered on experience, attitude and aptitude. Non-native English speakers need IELTS 6.5 overall with nothing less than 6 in each component.
