Cybersecurity Engineering trains students to defend networks, software, and the data running through them, treating security as an engineering discipline rather than an afterthought bolted onto other systems. The four-year curriculum builds from core computer science and engineering fundamentals into focused work on threat analysis, secure system design, and network defense.
Hands-on labs give students practice against the kinds of attacks and vulnerabilities that organizations across Kuwait and the wider region face day to day, while the 132 credit-hour structure keeps the technical core broad enough to cover both offensive and defensive security skills. Graduates are positioned for careers protecting information infrastructure for government agencies, financial institutions, and private companies that depend on secure, resilient digital systems to keep operating.
