BA/BS in Eiropas ekonomika un bizness

European Economics and Business is a bachelor's programme at the Baltic International Academy, taught within the Academy's economics study direction. It is built as a route into the economist profession with a European orientation, pairing business management skills with attention to how commerce is conducted across Europe. Graduates are prepared to analyse and plan economic processes at the level of the national economy. They also learn to organise and evaluate the work of commercial and public-sector organisations, including the staff, information and financial resources that those organisations rely on, and to steer economic processes and resources at both macro and micro level. The Academy presents its study environment as one with current information technology, a creative atmosphere and comfortable conditions for learning, and invites prospective students to join what it calls its student family. The economics direction is accredited by the Study Quality Commission.
