BA/BS in Language and Media

Within the Bachelor's in Communication and Information Studies, the Language and Media track examines how and why organisations use new and established media when dealing with other businesses or directly with consumers, drawing on intercultural communication, interaction, media analysis, applied linguistics and Communication Studies to examine how digital media affect professional and personal communication. Teaching is delivered on a small scale with close contact with lecturers, and students learn to design, conduct and report scientific research for both academic and broader audiences. The track is taught entirely in English.
