MA/MS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

Bradley's MBA, housed in the Foster College of Business, admits students attending full time or part time into the same classes. Every required course meets in the evening, which accommodates working professionals. Students can start in August or January, and a typical timeline is two years, though changing the course order and load can speed things up. Classmates arrive from various undergraduate disciplines and with different amounts of work experience, creating a lively exchange of perspectives. The curriculum mainly deepens business knowledge while developing skills such as leadership, change management and integrative thinking. It covers the theory underlying management disciplines as well as how that theory is applied in current practice, and it centers on improving managerial performance when solving problems. All of the college's degree programs are accredited by AACSB International.
