AA/AS in Environmental/Natural Resources Management and Policy

The Blue Economy degree blends economic and environmental theory with sustainable business practice for enterprises that depend on the water and the shoreline. It is interdisciplinary by design. Graduates are prepared for jobs in the region's maritime economy, such as hospitality, new ventures, aquaculture, technology, media and sustainability work. The plan of study is arranged semester by semester and combines general education with courses specific to the field. Students placed into developmental math or English start those courses in the first term, and an advisor helps with planning. Cape Cod Community College is a public community college in Massachusetts, and this associate degree suits students who want job-ready preparation or a base for later study. Prospective students can review the full list of required courses and credits in the online catalog, and the admissions office can explain application steps, placement testing and available support services.
